Round Table of Editors
The annual conference in Amsterdam comes with a new initiave: a plenary round-table of editors. Chaired by Stephen Martin, editors of the RAND Journal of Economics, the Journal of Industrial Economics, the International Journal of Industrial Organization, and the Review of Industrial Organization will discuss "Trends in IO publishing".
Chair

Stephen Martin is Professor of Economics at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University and Chairman of the Economics Policy Committee. Until recently, he was co-Managing Editor of the International Journal of Industrial Organization. His research field spans all areas of industrial economics. Currently he emphasizes comparative (US and EU) competition policy, the impact of state aid on market performance, and the economics of business plan competitions.
Editors

Bernard Caillaud is professor at Ecole National des Ponts et Chausses (ENPC), full-time researcher at Centre d'Enseignement et de Recherche en Analyse Socio-Economique (CERAS), and research fellow at Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). He is editor of the International Journal of Industrial Organization, and co-editor of the Annales d'Economie et de Statistiques. His research areas include economic theory, applied game theory, industrial organization, and theory of organizations.

Joe Harrington is Professor of Economics at Johns Hopkins University and currently visiting professor at Harvard University. He is the editor of RAND Journal of Economics and Associate Editor and Co-Editor for a number of other well-known academic journals. His research field spans Industrial Organization, Organizations and Microeconomic Theory.

Pierre Régibeau is a reader at the University of Essex. He is managing editor of the Journal of Industrial Economics. His research interests span the fields of industrial organisation, international trade and applied microeconomics. He is currently working on intellectual property rights protection, energy markets, non-tariff barriers to trade and the internal structure of firms.

Lawrence White is Arthur E. Imperatore Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies and Professor of Economics at New York University's Stern School of Business and Deputy Chair of the Economics Department at Stern. He is the general editor of the Review of Industrial Organization. His research areas of interest include financial regulation, antitrust, network industries, international banking and applied microeconomics.
