General terms of agreement:
Please note that registration is definite upon receipt of payment. Cancellations need to be made in writing to the Local Organizing Committee. If needed please contact us.

Until August 7th 2006 it is possible to cancel your registration free of charge. After August 7th 2006 the registration fee is due in full. No refunds are possible after this date.

In case the date of the conference changes or in case the conference is canceled a full refund of the registration fee will  be made.
